"While the process of quoting and communicating about the job was prompt and efficient and the work itself completely satisfactory, some of the side effects of the job were less than ideal.  We requested that our old phone line be cut from the house (unused) and it was meant to be coiled up and placed on the telephone pole.  This did happen but only after our cable was accidentally cut first being mistaken for the phone line.  Thankfully the cable company was out the next day to repair this.  The other point that will probably lead to us not reusing the company was that we returned home to find all of the dusk, debris, splintered wood and old ceiling tiles strew all over the floor where they had fallen in our basement.  This meant a 45 minute clean-up project for us (including cleaning debris out of our new washing machine).  Outside, chunks of cut-away shingles and pieces of cable/wire were left in the yard where we discovered them upon mowing the lawn (thankfully they were spotted before they hurt the mower or someone). 
There were good points and there were rough points.  At the end of the day, all the responsiveness and friendly service does not win out over the job being left unfinished.
