Robert coordinated timing for painter wallboard & repairs right away & he & his 2 workers had all work completed exactly as scheduled . It was great having someone on site who loves & knows his work & goes above & beyond to do the job right. I will definitely utilize R&R for any future needs & highly recommend ! "Respectable Restoration did an excellent job, and I plan to hire them when I need work done in the future. Eric was helpful, patiently and straightforwardly explaining his plan for completing the work. He took numerous pictures of my roof, so I could see the problems for myself without climbing a ladder.  His quote was not the cheapest, but he did knock $300 off his original bid reducing the difference between his quote and the next cheapest by more than half. <br /> He started the work promptly, a little more than a week from when I gave him the go-ahead. His workers were courteous and efficient. One thing I particularly appreciated was the extensive work he did restoring my lawn. His quote did NOT specify lawn repair after the damage from trenching, but he did it anyway. I've had plumbers dig up my lawn and leave a horrible mess for me to clean up, so I was particularly appreciative of all his work regrading and reseeding. Similarly, they did far more work on the roof than was quoted but didn't charge me anything extra. They also connected one downspout to the drainage system and ran leafguard on a section of gutter that was not included in the original quote, also at no extra charge. In fact, I was so pleased with all the extra work Eric did that I paid him $3400 on a $3300 contract, even though he didn't request any extra money. "Extremely well. Sergio was early when coming to inspect for an estimate. He was very responsive to email and text (within 24 hours). He and an assistant showed up promptly at the arranged time. They were efficient and cleaned up after they were done. They fixed the hole in the chimney stucco and matched the color of the original stucco so that one cannot tell the repairs from the rest of the house."
