We had a tricky area for them to navigate due to multiple, power, internet and drainage obstacles."

When Ricky came by for an in person estimate, it was clear that he knew what he was talking about and has been doing this for a long time. Very professional, kind and trustworthy. Super competitive pricing as well. This was our first fence project and Ricky was so responsive to all my questions (and I had alot lol) It was so comforting to have that communication throughout. Rickys sons came out to do the work and they were fantastic too! "Crown Fence site manager Matt Brennan, conducted a complete survey before project began, instructed me to get clearance from local utility companies to ensure no underground cables would be in jeopardy of damages. Called 811 to have outside area marked for underline cables from, gas, electric, cable TV or any other utility services. 811 was prompt with their response. Received a written notification from 811 regarding the inspection, outlining the timeframe in which project needed to be completed, if not another inspection to extended date would be needed. Next step was to contact HOA board for sign off. The HOA board held up my project, not Crown Fence, they were ready to go. Another two (2) weeks pasted and my deadline date expired. Another inspection was needed. After another two weeks of emails, telephone calling a HOA board member inspected the property for the project to begin. Due to the delay by the HOA board, Crown has another project to complete before getting to mine, very understandable no fault of theirs. A week late Crown on 5/27/2015 at 8:30 am, Matt and his crew arrived, ready to get started. They were professional, cleaned up after each post was laid, made sure no damage to property, if any changes were needed, consulted with me first, to short breaks (due to hot weather) and completed project on time.

Our shutters were ready before we were as we were in the process of painting and remodeling. They patiently waited until we were ready for installation. "1. Paint (walls/trim), replace faucets and mirrors in master bath and kitchen faucet. Work done as promised with a competitive price. We were completely satisfied with Project. Project took 2 days in June. 2. Replace kitchen appliances (oven,MW,DW and Refrig.), run gas line from attic to Kitchen and install outside exhaust for MW. Haul off old appliances. We were disappointed with overall performance with installers and Shawn (owner). Our complaints are 1) unprofessional attitude by by some of the installers. Example: Dishwasher installer did not complete install. When asked if he was going to finish unpacking inside shipping materials and test the dishwasher he refused and told me I can do that. 2) Installers did not protect the hard wood floors which resulted in many scuff marks. 3) Gas line was not installed as quoted. We came to agreement over cost. Upside all appliances installed correctly and working properly. Project took 1 day with return visit for drywall patching and painting in August. Shawn displayed potential as a small business owner (Company 6-7 Months old). Couple of his crew showed lack of discipline and professional curiosity."
