We have a problem with squirrels and wood peckers damaging the fascia, and they covered the fascia and box ends with aluminum for protection. "After 3 prior estimates, Steve came out to give me his estimate. He provided feedback on the condition of the roof saying "You have 3 to 5 years remaining life with these shingles".
