Showed up on time and with a good attitude and professional appearance; promptly started work. Did what could be done first day setting posts in cement, framed out & painted door frame and stained and hung new gate. Next morning once again on time, finished what remained, cleaned up the work areas and we walked the jobs to be sure I was satisfied. "CJ Wilcox replaced a door threshold and door frame for us. He had difficulties right from the start and had to be told to make thing right. He left some things undone, but after 3 days of having the door off the hinge and the cold weather coming in, we decided enough was enough and paid him to end the project. I purchased a second threshold and asked him to re-install, which he did, however, he said that Home Depot didn't handle any larger thresholds. I went to Home Depot and he was correct, however, I went to Lowes and purchased the larger threshold and asked him to install. This was an additional cost of $25 to me."

"Had a difficult task ahead of him, pulling up 2 layers of floor that was nailed in with huge nails. Also had to replace some of the sub floor due to water damage. For a 1 man crew he got it done within a week doing my entire upstairs floor minus the bedrooms. Very personable and had good educational talks while he was here. He also drywalled a room, remodeled 2 bathrooms and took out a glass slider door and put in french doors.I recommend very much. Unfortunately I can't find all my pictures."
