"I?ve had this yard serviced for 22 years and it looked great until this year when Columbia sold out to Experigreen. My yard is now full of crabgrass, I don?t have proof of their service visits done that I have pre-paid for the season. They don?t answer calls, just send texts. I was there when the August tech guy came. He barely Sprayed anything on lawn for about 10 min, missed the back and said he would do it when he finished the neighbors as he had to refill. He told me I could pay extra for crabgrass but I could probably find it cheaper somewhere else. He said he?d leave a paper on my front door that day to describe service, but did not. I called and no one answered so I sent a text and received a text back. I feel totally ripped off and my yard is a mess! I want this rectified or a full refund. I am so disappointed and frustrated. I have pictures, but someone should come out and see my lawn. Hopefully, action will take place soon. Look forward to hearing from you. - Pam Williams"

"I initially talked to them Saturday about an issue I had with German roaches. They wanted $200 for a consultation and when I said I couldn't afford this the person I spoke with came back saying they could send out a technician on Monday for $39. I am awaiting a refund on the $39 and felt they were trying to upsell me and were not honest with me. "
