"They came out quickly and replaced my sump pump and back up sump pump. They were professional and knowledgeable . I was happy with the quickness of their response and the installer. Everything is expensive but I thought they were a little pricey. I looked up cost of the system they installed and the overall price I paid was twice the cost of the sump pump. So essentially believe I paid $700 for the install and efficiency."

"Our sump pump quite working just after days of rain. Bear came to the house in the middle of the night on an emergency basis and got a terrible situation under control. Bear also recommended a water remediation company that came out later that night and got right to work on cleaning up all the water. He even stayed with me till the water remediation people came so that I was not left alone with them. He was very caring and explained all his work in detail, and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this company!!"
