"When we contacted D&M, we had already had another repair service in to figure out why our dishwasher wasn't cleaning. The other serviceman spent about ten minutes looking at it and decided we needed a new motor, which essentially meant it made more sense to buy a new machine. When Danny from D&M came, he initially thought the same thing, but then spent about a half hour working to unclog the spray arms...something I had tried to do but was only partially able to do. By the time he was through, the arms were rotating effectively. Since then, the dishwasher has worked almost perfectly. Instead of spending $500-plus on a new unit, we got away with an $80 repair. I cannot emphasize enough how impressed we were with Danny's competence, honesty and determination to see the job through. I will never use anyone else for my appliance repair needs."

In addition, Alex guaranteed that he would return immediately if the leak returned and that he would repair it without additional charge to me. I strongly recommend this company and I will definitely call them again should my refrigerator again need any repair, as well as to provide the proper bi-annual service to maintenance necessary to keep it in top condition."
