"We had a leak in one of our bathrooms on the second floor of our home. The wood floors of two bedrooms were completely damaged. We started looking for a company to take care of this problem and we came across Martinez Wood Floors. What a great work they did! They came on the same day to provide us with an estimate. Their prices were excellent. By Saturday they were already working in our house. They had to remove all that flooring and install new one. By the way, we purchased the Oak floor with them, good prices and had the material on the following day. The employees are honest and hardworking. Very agreeable with anything you might ask. While they were working on the old floor, we had the new wood acclimating under AC, for what the owner told us, this is a very important step if you are going to install new hardwood floor. The installation itself was fast. They were precise and also put our new baseboards. We decided to add the refinishing at the last minute, just to change the color and decor of the bedrooms. We did it to all rooms, and OMG they look beautiful. Wonderful work with exquisite taste. Worth hiring this company"

"AAA construction is the contractor we hired to remodel our house. Kitchen, bathrooms, floors, essentially the entire interior of the home. From day one, until we moved in and even until recently when a small adjustment needed to be made, their professionalism, attention to detail and talents as contractors were second to none. We met with many contractors before we sat down with John to discuss our plans and before Dustin came to our house to start the remodel. I can honestly say that we were lucky in hiring them. These days it is difficult to find a skilled much less honest contractor to perform even simple jobs. "A team of two men over four days moved the furniture from each area, then cleaned, degreased and machine buffed each 12 x 12 inch tile and hand scrubbed the grout lines in each wing of the house.   Some areas of the grout had to be hand scrubbed a second time.  The grout had to be completely dry before it could be sealed so an additional day was needed. On the sixth day from the time the job was started, all of the floor was sealed; it quickly dried and the furniture replaced. The entire house floor was sealed.   We were told by Francisco Garcia, the business owner, that the sealing should last several years.  He provided us with a specific floor cleaning product  and told us to use a wet vacuum to suck up the water so as to avoid re-depositing dirty water into the grout. The tile and grout looks very nice.

"We hired Mallol for 2 projects. First one was polishing travertine floors and cleaning and waxing water damaged engineered wood floors. Both came out amazingly beautiful. Second project was repainting antique wood floors, cleaning and waxing engineered wood floors and polishing tile, stone and travertine floors. Again, amazing work.
