"AAA construction is the contractor we hired to remodel our house. Kitchen, bathrooms, floors, essentially the entire interior of the home. From day one, until we moved in and even until recently when a small adjustment needed to be made, their professionalism, attention to detail and talents as contractors were second to none. We met with many contractors before we sat down with John to discuss our plans and before Dustin came to our house to start the remodel. I can honestly say that we were lucky in hiring them. These days it is difficult to find a skilled much less honest contractor to perform even simple jobs. When you add the knowledge and experience they have I believe it would be very difficult to match. Their work ethic is what some of us would refer to as old school. Again this is something you can appreciate after you meet with enough other companies and realize how many impostors there are in Dade County. "I called several contractors before selecting Fine Design Builders for my project. Eric responded immediately and met with me shortly thereafter to start designing my kitchen and provide me a quote. He clearly had lots of experience and was able to make my vision a reality. We spent a day selecting cabinets, backsplash, countertop, tiles. I was given lots of options and colors to choose from. His team showed up ON TIME every day. Eric was always easily accessible by phone throughout the project and made sure that his team stayed on track. He removed the soffits and replaced cabinets, backsplash, countertop. New lighting and appliances. Flooring and crown molding extended into my family room. "We did use somebody for painting the house. They are on Angie's List and they are NJ Painting. The painting part, they did well but they were going to replace the door too but they only did that half way. They brought the door and put it in but they didn't finish it or painted it. They never came back. My husband finished it. The painting work was well done, they did a good job but with everything else, I wasn't impressed. They cut a couple of our plants that were out front. They did that before hand and they were important plants to us and we were kind of upset about that. I think the price was probably fair. They didn't come and finish but they lost the money because I didn't pay them for the door work. They never got back."
