We were able to get the service scheduled same day of the initial contact. I followed up via text, later in the day to ensure we were still good for our original appointment and we were. Came over and was able to fix my Dryer (For clothes) AND fix my fridge that was leaking. The rates were a little on the high side BUT with how great the service was from beginning to end and being able to fix my dryer and fridge, I will happily pay a bit more. Each time I had to pay the service fee of $75.00. If it was repaired properly I would not have to continually call for repairs.
