"Oscar, the owner called me within 1 hour of leaving a message.  He came ON TIME, AS SCHEDULED to give me the estimate.  He was very thorough and professional,  not to mention most reasonable estimate among the 3 other quotes I received. (Most of other bids were almost twice his amount!)  He promised to come back to start the job on that Saturday mornrning at 8am so that I can be home and feel comfortable.  Again, he was PUNCTUAL!  Oscar and his crew were very thorough in removing all articles, including my patio furniture, tree branches and planters/pots and covering them up so nothing got sprayed. He pressure washed the whole house, ( and I mean the WHOLE HOUSE)  including the patio deck, windows, doors, etc.  I had never seen my patio/backyard this clean!  The next day, he came back with the paint and started right away.  He did not waste any time, and completed the job.  His payment schedule was very fair.  Oscar and his crew were all very pleasant and professional. They cleaned up everyday before they left and completed a very neat job!  His crew even repaired a light located up high on the roofline.  I would definitely recommend his service to all my friends and family!  In fact, I called him a year later to just clean up the backyard (no paint job) and he gladly did it for a small fee.  Recently, I called him again to get the name of the trim color and he went and got us the paint and even delivered it!  What more can I ask for???  I will keep going back to him if I ever need him again!   <br /> <br />"
