"I called Epic irrigation solutions and Mindy answered my call. I explained what I was looking for and she was super helpful! She answered all my questions and was so very friendly yet professional. She set up my appointment and the rest is just history as they say. Derek and his assistant arrived the next morning on time, looked at my sprinkler system and got to work! He checked to make sure that all our sprinkler heads were working , did some fine tuning and had the job completed in no time! He suggested that they moved one of the heads for better coverage. I said I would think about that. They left, I thought, and I called Mindy almost immediately . She rerouted then and they were back within half an hour. Job completed! Sprinkler system is awesome! He went above and beyond by going ahead and repairing a sprinkler issue that I had not discussed with him over the phone. He displayed honesty and integrity by not replacing my sprinkler control box.
