"We recently added new countertops as part of an overall kitchen remodel. We initially visited Universal Stone in late March after the place was highly recommended by one of the kitchen contractors we considered. Universal's great indoor showroom in Shakopee showcases a nice assortment of full slabs on display. It makes the selection process far easier, versus looking at smaller samples. We worked with Kelly in the Sales Department, who was very friendly, cooperative and informative. She provided a quote to us shortly after our initial visit and was very responsive in all subsequent communication. As our remodel didn't commence until late August, we continued to look at a few other places over the summer. We eventually returned to Universal and made our final selection. The gentleman who stopped out for the measurement was very efficient and pleasant. After payment was received, the fabrication of our countertops was prompt and the full installation occurred within two weeks. The Install crew were polite and skilled. There were no issues with the install whatsoever. We opted for the Black Pearl Granite for the primary, larger countertop and the Invictus Quartzite countertop for a second free standing smaller cabinet. Once installed, both countertops looked great. I highly recommend Universal. They've got a nice product selection and their team provided solid customer service. Lastly, we found their overall pricing structure to be affordable and competitive. A job well done. Thanks for the great work!"

"From the very start, working with Cassandra was a delight.  She walked us through the different type of stones they carried and asked what we were using it for.  The measurement was quick and ontime.  During the measurement it was noted that our walls weren't perfectly even and that there would be a slight gap on the granite backslash  that could be filled in with epoxy.  The install went perfectly and we are thrilled with our master bath counter.  We would definitately use All American Granite again! <br />"

"I bought their deal and then upgraded to have the carpets "restored". This is a deep cleaning above and beyond the normal because it had been years since my carpets were cleaned professionally. They did such a great job that I think I'll be able to get more life from a 20 year old family room carpet that I thought was beyond hope. Stains on my living room carpet that I had previously tried to clean and failed came right out. They are professional and explain what needs to be done. Definitely worth the upgrade. <br />"

"We have lived in our home for over 28 years, been through many different fads,3 kids, dogs, nothing flowed.  We were ready for a change! <br /> When I phoned Sue I was very nervous because I didn't know exactly what I wanted to do, I did not want to spend alot of money remodeling,  just some much needed updating. <br /> I talked with her several times before agreeing to an appointment, she was confident she could help me.  She arrived at the appointment on time and I have to admit she did have a confident look.  She is very plesant & was ready to get right to work. <br /> She wanted to look all around our house but I just wanted her to look at our master bedroom, hallway & stairs. We agreed the old wall paper in the hallway needed to come down as well as our flowery paper and poufy valances.  Sue was very encouraging and we got very excited about the colors she selected for us.  We then met with her again to select carpeting.  She is very good at color and giving us options to stay within our budget. <br /> As luck would have it my washing machine died and I needed to purchase a washer & dryer.  We were going to change our laundry room floor in the spring but decided now would be the time.  I called Sue and she helped us pick  out a new product ( lvt flooring,)  looks like wood but its a vinyl board.  Ok so now were really up in price but Pro Source was having a sale and made it afforable so we could do it all.   <br /> You do need to hire your painter & carpet & flooring installers yourself but I was given names through Pro source  for the flooring. I had 2 different estimates and had very good results.  I'm happy to report everything looks wonderful It's like living in a new house.  <br /> Sue has a fabulous eye for color she gives you ideas you can take it where you want.  She's not pushy she has great ideas to incorporate with what you have.  I'm looking forward to working with her again in the up coming months to finish our kitchen, entry & laundry room. <br /> She kind of takes where you started a good idea and makes it better.  I think her logo Home for a change is very fitting! <br /> <br />"
