"The staff were very prompt in responding. We walked through each area and discussed issues. The carpets had never been professionally cleaned and we wasn't sure they could be brought back. WOW...They did a fantastic job. There were a few stains which didn't come out - but the guys told me that ahead of time - that's what rugs are for - right?!. I am so impressed. Some of the stains we weren't sure were able to be removed were gone. They were very easy to deal with. I will definitely use them again. The cost of the service was more than what we first discussed. The original estimate over the phone was close, except didn't include a protective coating. Due to the amazing job, I had the extra work completed."

"It went great. Justin (the owner) sent out Jake and Kyle to do a patch job for free and had started to do it when we talked with them about their opinions about the job. They said they would do the job for free, but it might look a bit patchy when complete as it would be difficult to match the previous epoxy color. They talked us into redoing the entire floor for a small part of the actual cost. Jake and Kyle were extremely friendly and professional. Plus, they did a great job. The job site was extremely clean. "The team of 2 cleaning technicians came to do the job about 10 minutes after I received a call telling me they were on their way.  They arrived well within the window the appointment was set up for.  As I was planning to have this done more often during the year as I have multiple dogs that can soil our carpet pretty bad, I decided to go with their annual plan where they will come out a total of 4 times during a 1 year period.  This saves me about 30% of the total cost.  The technicians were chatty with me, and did an excellent job of cleaning our carpet.  In fact, I think it turned out better than I had expected.  I would definitely recommend them to anyone. <br />"
