Unlike the companies we called that never called back he contracted us immediately, came by to see what we needed and gave us a quote in just a couple of days. His team was polite, cleaned up, were personal and always answered our questions and concerns. Chad was always available or called us back quickly. He sent us Mike Mills (MPS) to handle some major electrical problems who was a great find. We will keep their business card handy for any future help we need. "Another outstanding job by Jim! The back deck was in desperate need of repairs and needed to be taken care of ASAP, as the house was about to be listed. Jim rearranged his schedule to fit me in almost immediately. He replaced pieces of the deck, power washed, scraped, sanded, and stained the back deck. His attention to detail was very apparent. The deck went from an eyesore to looking almost new within a matter of hours. It looks amazing! He also hung a storm door for me on the back porch. "The tile work was using travertine natural stone with a lot of high end detail. The price shown was labor only I provided all of the materials as I wanted a higher quality of stone than could be purchased in the Outer Banks. Michael did an outstanding job. In fact my husband commented that he had never seen such perfect grouting on a listello before. He removed all of the old stuff and no damage to the house although there was a lot of tile dusts use to it being natural stone. My only issue was that the job took longer than either he or I anticipated. I wish I had given him a absolute need by finish date before starting. "Very happy with the level of service provided. Would have been 5stars across the board, the only negative is my house and back door had cement splashed from the pouring of the cement pad. Although they tried to clean it up, my house and door still has stains and unfortunately the glass door has scratches from the removal of the cement. The team that worked on my project was very good and professional. I would recommend this company, for sure. I would also recommend putting a protective tarp up before pouring the cement pad."
