"Theo, the owner is great as an HVAC pro. We asked him to come out for the tune-up going into the summer season. He checked, very thoroughly, both our units. One was good to go, but the other one needed 6lbs of freon. Theo explained everything and showed us everything that he checked. He even tried to work with our home warranty company to see if they would cover the cost of repair/replacement, but they would not. Theo gave us our options and we asked him for his honest recommendation. He said a new unit. Ours is nearly 20 years old and has been repaired several times recently. We went with a new unit and he was able to install it within two days of us talking. He made sure the installation was smooth and with minimal interruptions. His thoroughness have us feeling better about our decision and trust in his judgement and professionalism. Very good HVAC pro and a good guy to do business with during these times."

"I had an issue with my computer where it was opening lots of pop ups, ad bars, and windows with ads for games. I had tried several different programs to try to remove it with no luck. I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. Great service at a great price and I didn't even have to disconnect it and carry it somewhere! Would call again if I have another issue I can't resolve myself."
