"The TLC crew showed up at 11 AM they cleaned up a lot of dust that had accumulated. The two bathrooms they cleaned were left pretty much spotless. The doors and woodwork have never looked so good! By 3 PM they finished up and my wooden furniture shined as well as my tile floors. Very nice people!!"

"The man was prompt and did what he was supposed to do. My frustration was that when he walked in he gave me 3 different prices. The lowest was just a basic going over the carpet once. The other two included using spot cleaners and some other things. I was unaware that there were different levels. I could not afford the higher priced ones. The carpet dried and looked ok. I guess I expected it to look better. There were no stains except for a 2-inch area on the stair landing which I had already cleaned. I thought the proce was a little high."

"My water heater sprung a leak while I was away. Arnold and his team was able to dry us out quickly and protect my home. They gave good advice about getting the right help for the cause of the flood. They did First rate work and did their very best to keep the cost down. This is the only company you should call to protect your home against water damage. I have worked in this business. I was Certified. I know what i am talking about when I say, I Have never seen a better, more honest, more caring crew in this business. "Carpet cleaning was below average; paid for complete services and carpet basic cleaning with no signs of treatment, such as carpet deodorizers; believe me I have had many professional carpet cleaning services, and this service was not professional! As far as janitor services, it was very substandard and I had to actually clean basic areas like, baseboards, floors and walls which they claim they couldn't reach! My thought, if a cleaning company claim to be a business, they should be equipped to perform the services!! (I had to go to Home Depot to buy a extending stick to clean the dusted area (too easy for company to been prepared for) BTW I did mentioned my dissatisfaction to the owner, and he just said "OK". Little did he know that response was a deal breaker for me using his services again!! I realize 2020 pandemic caused hardships on businesses and the bottom line, however, customers shouldn't lose quality services as a result! FYI :PCS soldiers don't use this company as move-out cleaning if u want to get deposit back. JS!"
