"Exactly as planned and promised. Even though it was a very rainy fall in the Twin Cities my roof was done in a timely manner. Jim Davidson, the owner, was in contact with me to keep me appraised of the timing of the job. Further, his crew was polite, professional, and hard working. I would highly recommend Everlasting Exteriors for any roofing or siding job. It didn't hurt that Pat quoted, and stood by, a price that was half of what Sela quoted me."

"All Around Delivered - My new roof and gutters look great!
Kyle informed me a head of time of arrangements, executed as intended and met all my expectations. The crew was punctual, productive, and efficient. Supplies and dumpster were delivered and removed following a JIT process making the site clean and hazard free. All were courteous to work with. Thank you to the crew for the great job they performed. By the way, EVERYONE was respectful of both me and the property which seems to be harder and harder to come across. Kyle made this an easy and hassle free process. Thank you to everyone at All Around for a job well done. "

"Overview:
There were many delays and errors during this project. The project took over 7 months to complete, it was expected to take 3. Errors included installation of the wrong sliding glass doors (opened the wrong way), one of the replacement doors had a defect, the exterior wood for the front door was left exposed and the wire to the doorbell was cut during installation of the front door.
Details:
Kris was the sales person, and was very helpful in researching the features I wanted for the doors. I signed the contract and sent in the downpayment in November, and was told it would be 3-5 weeks for the doors to be delivered. However, after the contract was signed he needed more information on colors, first 2 weeks after the contract was signed, and then trim colors a month after the contract was signed. I didn't hear anything from Kris after that, and finally contacted him in February. At that time he informed me that they were still waiting on delivery of the doors from the supplier, and that it would be a few more weeks. At this point it had already been 12 weeks since I signed the contract and that meant another 2 weeks before the doors would be delivered. We were also in the coldest month of the Minnesota winter, which meant the doors could not be installed until it warmed up. I had to contact Kris 2 weeks later, and the doors still were not ready.
Two weeks later, I called the general office and talked to Nancy. Nancy was lovely to work with, and was the one who kept this project going.
Greg contacted me in April to tell me the doors were in. The front door was finally installed one day in early April, and the sliding glass doors were installed later that week. Unfortunately the sliding glass doors slid the wrong way. I called Greg, who was already aware of the problem by the installer, who had questioned why I would want the doors that way when my kitchen table would block the side that opened. I still don't understand why they installed without calling me to check, especially since it was the opposite of the original doors. Greg offered a discount if I kept the doors, I kept the one in our lower level, but one in the kitchen would just not work with the layout of the room. It took another 4 weeks for the new door to be delivered. When that was delivered, the between-the-glass blind did not function correctly. I contacted Greg and was told this was a warranty issue, and he would contact the supplier. The supplier reached out to me the next day, but I am still waiting for that to be completed.
In the mean time, I asked Greg about finishing the exposed wood on the door frame of the front door. He told me that wasn't included, because the wood wouldn't be exposed if I put a storm door in. I reminded him I had told him previously that I was not going to install a storm door. He told me that painting wasn't covered by the contract, I pointed out that aluminum wrap was. He agreed to paint the exposed frame. The painting job was not well done and I will have to redo it.
We also realized that our doorbell was no longer working and that the wires had been cut. I notified Greg, and it was fixed the next day. Greg was responsive and did ensure most of the errors were resolved. I would have preferred the errors hadn't happened in the first place.
In the end, the doors look good, and I think the workmanship is good, however I am not an expert in that, so only time will tell. I'm still waiting for the supplier to fix the warranty issue. When that is done I will be able to enjoy the improvement to our home and forget
all of the issues and frustration of the last 7 months.
"

"We were referred to Dusty's when our main plumber?s 100ft
snake got stuck in our sewer line and he does not provide camera
services. Our plumber ran into his issue late on a Friday night and Dusty
was able to come out first thing Monday morning; however, over the weekend
Dusty had already contacted our city and they came out and marked our yard for
safe underground digging (which seemed imminent). Within an hour of
arriving on Monday morning, Dusty was able to camera out and diagnose the
broken line and give us a quote. The cost of the camera and diagnosis was
$175. He quoted us $2800 to repair the line and was able to be back to
our house by 8am the next morning. We were unable to have them come out
the very next day as we had to secure funding first. During the next day
and a half, I spoke with Taylor, Dusty's wife several times and she patiently
answered my questions about the quote received. They kindly credited a
portion of the cost of the camera service from our overall quote which was
greatly appreciated for such an unexpected, costly repair. We scheduled
Dusty's crew to come out on Wednesday morning and the repair was completed by
11:30am that day. All contact with Dusty and Taylor was mind easing and
helpful and they truly wanted to make sure our situation was taken care of due
to its emergency status.
I do have to mention that few people had asked why they didn't come sooner to
fix the line but with it being the weekend we figured we would be charged more
for an emergency service. We chose to wait until Monday. Having to endure
the inconvenience of no running water in our home and the huge expense the
repair was, Dusty and his crew made the process a lot easier to handle.

"
