"I received 3 bids to replace the old HVAC system on the condo I purchased in September 2018. I was most satisfied with Missouri Furnace's bid, taking into account the price, the brand of new system (Trane), and the efficiency of the new unit. Also, as I live in a 4 story condo building, a crane was required to remove the old air conditioner and replace with the new unit. Once we had agreed on a price and the contract was signed, I was scheduled for installation the following week. I like that my new furnace has a 4 inch filter, so that I do not have to replace it every month, In May the weather was not so hot that immediate installation was required. I was extremely pleased with the promptness and professionalism of the team. The new HVAC system was installed quickly and with no drama. It is also working great. I will no doubt call on Missouri Furnace to check on my a/c next spring before the summer of 2020."

"<p>The first meeting we had with Vince was to go over plans, the variety of materials including wood, composite, the railings, accessories and design possibilities as well as potential cost of what we were looking at. He's a real low key guy but extremely patient and it's clear that he wants to make sure his customer's specifications and expectations are met. No pressure!<br /> He gave us plenty of time to think things over and came out several times with new colors once we decided on composite and the same maintenance free type railing in black. He was great with making recommendations or providing sample looks when you are trying to finalize things. However, the great way he approaches things is to reassure you that there are some things that can be decided as we go and he definitely kept his promise and the results exceeded our expectations.<br /> Once we signed the deal, we went over the paper work and an estimated date was given to begin. He gave a 2-3 weeks for the completion date, was on time and the end result was awesome! Vince is an excellent craftsman and both Vince and his partner Tony are hard workers. They are very neat and make the process painless.My husband and I are very particular about our home and we both feel the all aspects of our deck are nothing but perfect for our home and backyard. </p> The truth is that the craftsmanship of all the cutting are like that of furniture and it makes a difference! We love our maintenance free deck and have already given Vince many referrals.
