"We were very pleased with the work from Grout Medi!. They arrived as scheduled for the estimate and took the time to really understand the work. They asked for permission to pull up a loose tile to examine what was underneath which revealed rot and additional repair work. While this increased the price of their services over a competitive bid, I felt that they would be cheaper in the long run as I anticipated the other contractor would have identified the problem during the project and then tacked on additional costs doing the work when we weren't in a position to negotiate. The repair team showed up as scheduled each day. They were very professional, shared status, and asked questions as needed. They did discover another issue during the repair and presented a few options for repair as well as the risk/benefit of each. Overall, the work looks amazing! Our floors and shower looks brand new!
