"We purchased Wood?s Landscape & Sprinkler Service?s Platinum Package, which included a 10-year warranty and 20 winterization/pressurization visits. For two years the services were performed, then in winter 2025 the company stopped scheduling altogether and told us to winterize the system ourselves?something we never agreed to and had never been asked to do. When we asked for the service we already paid for, the owner, Mr. Wood, responded with rude, dismissive, and accusatory messages, even suggesting we were ?making things up? and that contacting him was a ?bother.? His hostility sharply contrasts with the professionalism of his staff. We paid thousands for services the owner now refuses to honor, and his conduct makes this company impossible to recommend."

"Mr. Ferriss is an artist, a professional, and wonderful to work with. I had a disaster of a backyard, and he designed and installed a beautiful patio with fire pit, an adjacent garden and gazebo, and appropriate and tasteful lighting. He further added definition and landscaping to the yard. His work reflected attention to detail and customer satisfaction. His work is like he is building it for himself. So much pride goes into his work. We were very pleased with his work and have enjoyed it immensely every day since. You will not be disappointed."

"First few went ok but the techs had no idea how to treat Virginia Button weed or wild violets. They had to make multiple service trips to address the issue with no results. Then they skipped the July service and if I hadn't called them they would have skipped the August service as well. Now we are in October and no service has been received since the August service. Trugreen appears to be a complete rip off as they only respond when I complain to their corporate office. The local office operators just say they will look into it and nothing happens."

"I normally don't write reviews but the customer service with this company gets worse each year and I've really had enough. Today I received a call from a very rude office worker demanding payment on an overdue bill. A bill I was unaware we had. She told me she had emailed me numerous times and proceeded to read off dates that she claimed she'd sent an email. I explained to her I had not received any email from her. She got very angry, acting as though she didn't believe me or could care less. I've asked for years that they let me know when they are coming out so I can be home. They never do. I'm always told that they don't know when someone is coming until they get things scheduled. That turns out to be the day before, when it's too late for me to change my schedule to be home. They really don't know what "customer" service means at this company and it seems, no one there cares. I did speak with the office manager today and I suggested that she get the office worker some customer service training. From reading the reviews it seems many people have trouble with the customer service."

"Ryan and the team at Delightful Gardens was fantastic. We got a few quotes/designs for a backyard project (tearing down an old deck and trying to do something with an area where grass would not grow). Ryan easily came up with the best design, and the price was very reasonable. Once the actually work started, things went very smoothly, and Ryan kept us up to date along the way of any delays (weather for example). We fell in love with his design for our area, and the finished job exceeded even what we imagined. The crew doing the actual install were very friendly, and cleaned up nicely after each day. Everything we experienced with Delightful Gardens is the exact opposite of every other contractor we have worked with. Such a pleasant experience all around. You can't go wrong with these guys.
