"The company utilized a "pull-and-replace" technique as follows: 1) excavated the water pipe at the house and at the street; cut the water line at those two places; 2) ran an 80 ft. steel cable from the street to the house; 3) attached a "pyramid-knife" to the steel cable and then attached the copper replacement pipe to the pyramid-knife. 4) tractor-pulled the pyramid-knife and copper tubing through the old poly-tube pipe, cutting it as it went and replacing it with the copper pipe in one continuous operation. 5) all excavations restored to original condition at close of the work. Process was ingenious and saved all of my trees from root damage (and potential dying in a couple of years.) No digging trenches. The technician was completely professional, competent and courteous. He explained each step as it went. He was also clearly proud of his work and finished every step with complete attention to detail, thoroughness and professionalism. The job took about six hours to complete and went off without a hitch. I am completely satisfied with the work and recommend this company highly ."

"I contacted Granite Vision and spoke with Roni, explaining that because the vanity was in an awkward place in this small bathroom, I needed help to decide what was required. Joseph and another member came within a couple of days to assess the situation, make recommendations, and take measurements. Joseph then emailed pictures of various granite slabs since I was unable to get to their site, and within a week his team installed the top, offset sink, and my faucet. "I sincerely did not have a problem with the professional service per se, the technician was professional prompt on time, and knew what he was doing. On Dec 9, 2020, it took him about 30 minutes to figure out the problem and found the unit is still under warranty. He ordered the part and told me once the part is received, I will be contacted to schedule replacement. I called the office they did not call me. They were quick in responding and replaced the part on Dec 19. Cost is my main issue. They wanted $119.95 for diagnosis fees which WILL NOT be considered a part of the final repair fees. I believe it’s not a good business not to tell the client beforehand how much you will charge as service fees, they did not. Only after they diagnosed it. After a discussion with the technician, he talked to the office and the service fee was forfeited. The part replacement cost was $403! It took less than 30 minutes, 25 to be exact, to replace. Not sure how the rate of this charge is justified. I was told about the $403 charge right after the first visit but did not have a choice at that point. With all due respect, I understand, as explained to me, they have more overhead budget more than mom and pop shops. I still believe this total repair should not have been more than $250 at the most."

"MJL did a great job remodeling our Kitchen with new cabinets, granite counter-tops, and sink/faucet. I bought the appliances separately and MJL installed them as well. Price was very reasonable and the quality was top notch. Mike delivered as promised, completing the job before an influx of relatives arrived for our daughter's wedding. We are very pleased with the workmanship and attention to detail. "It was July 3rd when we had the emergency. Mr. Phillip Harris, PNH Maintenance was the first to call after we posted our problem. He arrived shortly thereafter and his crew worked into the evening installing a new water tank and electric outlet in our basement. It was then discovered that our 42 year old water pump was kaput. Mr. Harris promised he would be back the following morning, July 4th, and install a new water pump. True to his word they turned up early and worked half a day to ensure we'd have water for our 4th of July. They unselfishly sacrificed part of their holiday for us, when they should have been spending it with their families. What can I say. They were wonderful. Considering the amount of work and time they put in the cost seemed fair. We're still waiting for warranty info on the water tank. Thank you Mr. Harris and your wonderful workers. "The job went excellently. The two-man team (plumber and helper) arrived about 5-10 minutes BEFORE the 2 hour window provided. We took them to the site of the burst water pipe and they immediately went into action to find the culprits. They perform a fantastic job on two burst pipes quickly, professionally and they cleaned up after themselves. Although they no longer provide their advertised senior or military discounts, their prices were very competitive. We were very pleased with their work and would quickly hire again. BTW, I looked for plumbers on Angie's List and went down the line (from the "A" list) on closest to my location. Modern Plumbing Concepts was the only company that actually said they could come the same day for this emergency operation and am I so glad they did. They introduced me to a superb new company that I would not hesitate to do business with again for normal plumbing jobs."
