"The valley on my roof was funneling all the water towards a gutter that was too short. Lance roofing came in, replaced and added the shingles that needed to be replaced and installed a diverter. Now all the water runs to the gutter like it is supposed to. <br />"

"There guys did a great job putting a roof on my new house there was a mix up with the shingles on the delivery time but when they arrived their guys went right to work started laying shingles at 3:00 p.m. and was cleaned up and gone by 7:00 would definitely hire them again for any Roofing that I would need done"

"I've had a problem with water in my ceiling for a long time and assumed it was the roof. I've had my builder and another roofer fix the problem but it kept coming back. Today, Zach from Van Martin came out to look at the issue. After climbing on the roof and inspecting the area, he said the roof looked fine from above. He then looked in the attic and determined that the problem was not the roof and suggested I obtain HVAC services to look at the plumbing in the attic. I'm really grateful that he didn't just assume it was a problem with the vent stack. Customer Service was quick and effortless and there was no charge for coming out to look at it . I'd definitely use them again."
