"We have lived in this house about a year.  (The house is 12 years old).   When we bought the house the inspection report noted that there were cracks in the masonry due to normal settlement.  The inspection report noted that these should be repaired to prevent water penetration.  Doug did a full inspection of the exterior of the house to locate all cracks in bricks and masonry.
It went very well.  All the work done was outside we had a couple of delays due to weather - Severe thunderstorms.
Doug and his crew arrived on time and had all the work done in short order.
The job site was cleaned up and my back porch was much cleaner after they left than it was before they started!

"Her name is Mary Gonzalez, and she comes here every two weeks. She comes with another lady, and she only does cleaning. The first time she came, was back in November to clean, and the house needed a really thorough cleaning, because my husband passed away last year, and things had gone by the wayside. She and her friend came and moved furniture and cleaned behind everything, and charged only 160 Dollars. They did such a good job, I gave her 200 Dollars. They picked up my area rug, and they cleaned and vacuumed under them. They use murphys oil on her floor, and I don't know what they use, but when I walk into the bathroom, they would sparkle. They didn't even take a break, they just forged through and cleaned. I think their price is very fair, they clean my house and they also scoop out the cat box for me."

"Glen came out to assess the job. Based upon what he saw, felt that new bricks should replace where the cracked ones were and try to match up the mortar. They took 1 brick out of the foundation to take to match and duct taped the hole until the next day. They arrived 9:30ish the next day to continue the work. Removed the other bricks and repair everything in a couple of hours. While they were working someone in the office called and said she would be out to collect payment when the men were complete. She rang the door bell and we both took a look at the work. It was a work of art. The new bricks matched perfectly and the mortar flowed seamlessly. Beautiful. Never would know I had anything done. I'm happy!"
