"I dealt with Tim for the price and project details and then Jeff was the man who came out to do the job. The deck had previously been done by a guy who did not know what he was doing so Jeff power washed the entire deck and let it dry for 24 hours, then he sanded the deck and scrubbed it down with denatured alcohol to help remove any remaining paint from before. When the deck was dry, Jeff taped off everything and proceeded to edge everything before he rolled a nice thick layer of paint on the deck. We waited another 24 hours and Jeff returned to apply a nice second coat of paint on the entire deck. Tim and Jeff are very easy to work with and I will most certainly come back to them for future projects."

He was able to access the foundation after removing the old steps and he discovered that the concrete beneath them was not level. He quoted a very reasonable price to fix it and he was able to complete the job and install the steps in a very timely manner. His work was excellent! We signed in July, and was told the calendar had us pointing to an October installation. With a very rainy fall, Chris's team kept getting delayed, but Chris did a great job communicating and discussing status with us. Winter arrived, and we didn't get installed until March, but again, Chris kept us in the loop, and I can't really blame him for the weather. Chris has a large backlog of work because of the quality, care, and craftsmanship of his work. He went above and beyond (adjusted some gutters for us, as well as added a pad of concrete at the bottom of our deck stairs to ensure we were setup correctly). If you want a paver patio, walkway, retaining walls, etc.. done right the first time, call Yanton's, they will do it right. We couldn't be more pleased with the patio."
