"My 3-year old gutter sprung a major leak along the seam, causing water damage to the connecting fascia board. The gutters were no longer under warranty and the original installers wanted my firstborn to repair it. Gary quoted a much lower price so I hired Lance Roofing to fix the leak. On inspection Gary determined the problem was not the gutters but within the roof valley. He painted and installed the new boards, but since the roof was still under warranty through another company he instructed me to call them. As it turned out, the problem actually was with the gutter and not the roof; some nails had pulled loose by ice storms over the winter, the gutter had separated, and it only needed reseated/resealed. After a bit of haggling the original roofer finally agreed to complete the work and fixed it for free.
Although Lance Roofing didn't fix the leak as I'd anticipated, they did an incredible job on the board replacement and I found Gary's down-to-earth approach very refreshing. They're punctual, reliable, highly professional and an excellent company to work with. They really care about their customers and I would defintely hire them for any future roofing needs.

"Definitely made the right choice with Perfection Metal Roofing. Had five estimates. Some were higher and some were lower. We were sold on their patented method of attaching the metal to the roof. Guaranteed for 150 m.p.h winds and two inch hail. Special thanks to Melodie who sold us the roof and to Austin who performed the engineering and ordering of all the metal. They took care of everything. All I had to do was sit back and watch the crew install the roof. It wasn't an easy roof to replace. Very steep with three dormers and two bay windows. The crew had to get creative on the bay windows but they made them look nice and they are water-tight. They did what they said they would do and the roof looks gorgeous. Thank you Perfection Metal Roofing. We would choose your company one hundred times over! Chris & Beth Heath , Ohio"

"On the higher side of cost, but they had the best options for vertical siding n metal over roof."

"I had dry rotting underneath the sliding glass doors and the wall next to the door. Frank was able to replace all the rotting wood and floor boards in a prompt and timely manner. He did an exceptional ob! We are very pleased and will definitely use Tri-State for future projects."

"I have used Advantage roofing for smaller issues over the past ten years and have been happy with their work. Even so, I still got other estimates when it came time to replacing my roof. I decided to go with Advantage again because of their prompt responsiveness, professionalism, and fair pricing. They were upfront and honest so there would be no surprises. They arrived on the scheduled day and did a great job on the roof replacement, Everything was cleaned up nicely. The gutters and gutter guards were replaced at a later date due to their workload, but I was made aware of this from the beginning. They were replaced and they look and work great. I'm extremely happy with my experience and with the outcome of the work. The owner, Tim Mallory, will personally check on the work. Jonna and Scott were also great to work with. I highly recommend Advantage Roofing if you are needing a new roof and gutters."
