"Called for an estimate even though I knew I was going to use them.  It only took a few days and they were on it with a great estimate.  Called and emailed the exact items needed to be fixed per a housing inspector.  Brian had his guys jump right on the project and fix the shingles and gutters.  There was a little confusion regarding the dryer vent but once we talked more on the phone (which was very great) his guys did what they needed.  You can't go wrong with these guys.  This is the 2nd time I have used them and they are my only roofing company."

"Wow! What can I say, I was EXTREMELY SATISFIED!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The company said someone would arrive at 8:00 a.m. The worker arrived at 7:45-7:50 a.m. Once I explained what I was missing in terms of siding, his keen eye spotted one panel that was in the neighbor's yard. Now he could have said I need to go to purchase two new panels but he didn't, he located the missing pieces and secured them and stated that I will not have that issue with those panels again. "J&M Custom provided an estimate with a very detailed description of the scope of work to be performed.  All work was satisfactory completed per the contract.  James Blom was great to work with.  He scheduled his work around my schedule. I'll note that I had complete trust in James; I had no problem letting him work while my wife and I were not home, something I ordinarily wouldn't allow.  There was additional work that needed to be done, such as repairing several sections of HVAC duct.  The cost of the change order was very reasonable.  James' work truck is a hardware store on wheels!  Once he's on the job site, he doesn't have to leave to pick up materials.  I feel fortunate to have discovered J&M Custom Construction.  They have my highest recommendation and I'll definitely be working with them again in the future."
