"Coldstream Exteriors checked all the boxes! They were reasonably priced with quality roofing, materials and workmanship. Our roof was installed in one day. The crew was timely, efficient and friendly. Their cleanup job was excellent. Our project manager, Dominick Bennett, was the absolute BEST to have on the job! He was there for us EVERY step of the way. He answered all our questions and did a thorough post check ensuring all was installed to perfection. I highly recommend Coldstream Exteriors. Ask for Dominick!"

"In this particular case, Lance Roofing offered the best price by far. The workers did a fine job.....very competent, hard working, and accommodating. Clean up afterward was very thorough. They finished the whole job in less than a day."

"Installation of a step and handrail for front porch. The response time was quick and the work was done within 24 hours of my request. Super nice both in discussing my project and coming up with a plan for the installation. I couldn’t be happier! Thank you Tri-State Home Repair! Tim and Jim are both wonderful to work with!"

"Advantage Roofing provided an exceptional experience throughout the process of replacing our roof. Communication was great from the initial estimate through project completion. I have never witnessed a harder working or more efficient group than the crew that performed the work. Extreme care was taken to not damage any items or plants around the foundation, and they left the property cleaner than when they arrived. Their team followed up approximately one month after the work was completed to make sure there were no problems, and after a couple of intense rain storms I feel confident the work is top notch. Based on our experience I have no hesitation strongly recommending Advantage Roofing."

"Fusion Roofing was punctual for both our appointment for an estimate and also for work. Their quote for high quality shingle was by far the best of the four estimates we received. They were also promptly responded to emails and phone calls. There were a few glitches - ensuring contract had selected shingle color, placement of vents, and the gutter guard sub contractor. However, Fusion responded promptly, appropriately, and patiently to each concern. While it would be nice not to have any challenges, the fact that they were so responsive and quickly rectified each concern was reassuring and the reason we would hire again. It would be hard to beat their pricing and customer responsiveness. It was clear that the number one priority was customer satisfaction."

"Whole thing went great. We've used Construction Solutions for another major job, and were so happy with the first project, we kept them in mind when it was time for a new roof. Got a few quotes a long time ago, and this price was one of the most reasonable, plus we knew we could trust Tom Bolt and his crew. From the very beginning, to the day of the work, Tom and his crew were courteous and punctual. I think it's worth mentioning specifically how clean my property was after the job was finished. Usually after major work, one expects to find things here and there around their house...that's just the way it is. But I have only found one tiny piece of plastic. I haven't found a single nail left by the workers...not one."

"Contacted Dads Tasks to install flooring in my basement. They did a great job by showing up on time, cleaning up after they were done and making suggestions for future projects. I will have them come out again for several more jobs I need to have done. Daryl is a Great guy to work with. In fact, this was a positive experience with the whole team."

"they came out on a Saturday to look at problem, determine a solution and provide free estimate. Found type of existing vent for bath exhaust installed on semi-flat roof they had seen problems with in past. Repair went great; they replaced with proper vent for type of roof. There were two vents replaced. They put down IceDam and sealant around area. While under roof I had them replace duct to the vent and also added plywood to allow me to access attic area easier. Also some added insulation in an area that had been damaged. Ben was easy to work with, knowledgeable, fit this small project into a busy schedule so he had a warm winter day to do roofing."
