Called Tim on a Thursday an said they could do it the next day Friday. Tom came out an completed the project. We are extremely happy with the work he completed for us. We’re happy the a company like Tri State took such a small job for us when others wouldn’t. The cost was right on with no other hidden fees. After our insurance company said there was not enough damage to replace both our house and large detached garage, they took complete ownership by calling the adjuster to walk the roof with him to ensure a detailed inspection was completed in which resulted in replacing both roofs. They handled the insurance replacement process and even went back to our insurance company to have our Gutter Shutter hoods removed so they would not be damaged. On installation day they arrived bright and early with their crew and completed both roofs in 8 hours to beat the rain. Our new roof is beautiful and expertly installed. "Matt came to our house to check on a leak. While on the roof, he noticed several potential issues and even pointed out that the prior roof work was basically amateur. The tiles were not overlapping or nailed properly. After a long discussion he offered to fix the leak, and several bad spots, or do the whole roof. His friendly attitude and professionalism made the decision easy. He would complete whatever choice we made, to our satisfaction. We chose the new roof and that was the best decision we could have made. His team started at 7:00am, on the day we chose, and were cleaning up by 2:00pm. We had a new roof and it looks wonderful!! We could not have made a better choice."

Ty and his team did a great job with the project as well as cleaning up afterwards. He also provided great communication as I was on vacation during the job. He sent pictures daily as well as let me know if there were delays due to the weather. My neighbor was also very complimentary of how helpful and friendly the team was.
