This was a small job, so they gave us an estimate of timing and worked us in when they could. The company experienced some minor delays due to weather. They did an excellent job of communicating this to us via email. The work was done in early August, which was close to the timing they had projected. A good experience with a great firm! I highly recommend Hollingsworth Roofing."

We are new to the Lake Norman area, moving from out of state. Our roof had a leak after Florence, then another issue after Hurricane Michael. Rob went the extra mile to diagnosis the second issue and identified as a potential chimney cap leak. Diagnosing can be tricky and he left nothing up to chance. It could have done significant interior damage. Pricing was reasonable, but more importantly, service was delivered better than expected and very timely. An exceptional experience."

"I cancelled a job I put a deposit of $10,826.95 down for because the sale of my home fell through. I cancelled on June 13th and I still haven't received my refund as of 8/19. We have reached out on 3 separate occasions. My wife and I have been told different stories by different people as to what happened, but not much of it is adding up. After holding our deposit for over two months the manager said-- "We cannot do anything more to compensate you." Apparently, it is being overnighted this evening. Sadly, my advice is to proceed with caution. I give 2-stars because they apparently still have the money to refund me, it could have been worse I suppose."
