"The estimator returned my phone call that same day and came right on time.  When the painters arrived, the head painter, Albert Jr., soon realized that the floors, being bamboo, would be an issue in terms of holding the paint.  He went to two or three paint stores to find exactly the right primer that was needed.  The team could not have been nicer and more professional.  They did a great job, and really went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with the job.  They moved furniture (including a heavy sectional sofa), and came back after the job was complete to move it back.  They were very responsive with returning phone calls-- even came back to apply a second coat of paint to the floors, and I would absolutely recommend them highly.  My thanks to the team for their excellent work!

"After the repair was done I noticed a leak in my bathroom ceiling where one of the roof vents were replaced. I called the Subcontractor Brian on a Saturday morning. The weather was cold and raining. "The installation of our new roof could not have gone better. Premiere worked well with our insurance company. It's been awhile but I believe we decided to pay a little more on our own to upgrade to architectural roofing shingles which have more durability and last longer. Well worth it for the peace of mind. I'd use Premiere again in a heartbeat but I hope it's not for another new roof because that will mean severe weather came our way again and I wouldn't wish that on our neighborhood again."
