He has done two jobs for me at one time, due to he had to pull the toilet up from the floor, and afterward finishing the floor. he had to put the commode back in place and he put a new wax ring on that for me so it wouldn't leak again. On top of that, Mr. Jon left my bathroom very, very sparkly, And his price was very reasonable to whereby I am having him do other work in my home. "Everything was going great at the start of the project with the demo of the old deck in March 2016. However the craftsmanship of the carpenter was not very good, boards were rough cut and the gaps between the deck boards were inconsistent. Luis then stained the deck as promised, however this was too early to stain and the deck boards start seeping sap. It was unusable, we asked him to repair which he did, and they did a great job of fixing and re-staining the deck boards."
