Their marketing person spent about 6 hours at my home inspecting/photographing the existing roof condition from the outside and inside the attic, explaining their product, the warranty, and the installation process. The materials were delivered the day before the installation. The 5-man installation crew showed up the next day as scheduled, including a truck-mounted trash bin. 8 hours later I had a new asphalt tile roof with new plywood wood base, liner and edge-to-peak ventilation system. The post install cleanup was thorough, including a magnet sweep for nails. The crew members were cordial, careful and thoroughly professional. They had obviously knew what they were doing and had worked together before. I am thoroughly impressed with the installation and the product."

However, I was told the workers would arrive at my house between 6 and 6:30 am because of the Phoenix heat and the workers arrived at about 5:30 am without advance notice. I was also told that the work would take three days, happily it only took two."

I had just removed an old satellite dish from the roof, and there were several roof penetrations that were left open as well as a soft spot where water had penetrated underneath the dish. Materials were dropped off, the repairman showed up on schedule, and the work was done better than expected. I had commented that I didn't care about marching the existing roof asphalt shingles due to it being on a concealed side of my home, and they matched it perfectly anyways. Excess material was picked up the next day and the job site was left clean."
