"I use them all the time.  They offer a maintenance agreements and I think it is a good idea because the heating and air conditioning system went beyond its expected life.  They come out twice a year to check the system.  They change the filter and check the parts for robust work.  I will continue to use this provider again in the future.  If we are under service contract, they take 10% off the parts.  If we have an emergency breakdown, they don't charge overtime or special charges to come out.  Sometimes, they are a little high on price.  I will continue to use this provider again in the future."

"The repair was done when I couldn't get anyone else to do the job in the area. I would use them again but would be more careful about the price. I wanted to get the Dryer running so I could sell it because my wife didn't like it so I was desperate to get it fixed. The dryer was repaired which was better than the warranty service could do or any one else in the area. The only issue was instead of just ordering the required part or parts that were needed a whole assembly that was on hand was used so the repair was more than expected and should have been.
