"I highly recommend Robert and United Foundations! I had a serious drainage issue at the front of my house due to a cracked and sloping driveway. Unlike a competitor, Robert didn't just plan on replacing the driveway as is, he carefully figured out exactly what was causing my drainage issue and then adjusted his plans for my driveway according. For example, he raised the elevation on one side significantly, added an edge/lip to the side of the new concrete and added a drain. I was impressed with the detailed solutions he kept coming up with as he evaluated the issues. He even identified a serious issue with the concrete slab in my garage where the underlying support had washed away! Besides identifying and fixing my drainage and garage issues, I was also extremely pleased and impressed with how quickly his crew started and finished my project. The only negative I can think of is that I had to pay with a check. Given the cost of driveway repairs, a credit card option would have been helpful. Other than that, I give Robert and his team 10 stars out of 10!!! THANK YOU!"

"Mike and the rest of his crew at Quality Contractors offered a very competitive bid (compared to other two I sought out) and held true to the estimated cost throughout the project even going so far as to not charge me a little bit more when I modified the design adding maybe a few dozen square feet to a 4000+ sf project. I was very satisfied with the level of communication by both email and text both as the project was approaching and during the work. The quality of the work was very good and would have been excellent had it not been for one or two brush strokes with the float that left a mark in the final product and a small chip to some previously existing concrete that they did repair to a satisfactory level. Given the scope of the project and the fact that it was a driveway I considered these minor blemishes and overall was quite satisfied with the work. One issue that future homeowners should consider is providing an adequate "washout" area. I allowed them to use the area along street in front of my home which left a deposit of grey concrete dust when it dried up and in hindsight would have rather this been done somewhere off site."

In addition to the quoted work, they fixed another issue where a root had caused the sidewalk to buck up and crack. It was a very good experience and I would definitely use them again. "This is the third time in the last year that we have employed Chad Henry's Construction and we have been completely satisfied every time. The first part of this project was to rebuild the front porch using composite decking and synthetic railings and posts (we hate painting). We also had the front stairs reconfigured and rebuilt using composite material with a handrail added. He also realigned the front door and installed new hardware, along with installing a new storm door. As usual, the work was as estimated and completed on time. At this time we scheduled a bathroom rebuild. The total cost for the porch and all materials was $5557.00 <br /> We then had the bathroom redone, for the most part using materials we supplied. He removed the existing flooring and replaced it with tiles, taking off and saving the existing baseboards. He replaced the toilet with an upgraded model we supplied and the vanity and mirror that we supplied (using our materials was in the estimate). He supplied some of the attaching materials for replumbing the vanity sink and toilet. This project took a total of three days, one of which was a time allowance for the floor prep materials to dry in. <br /> The total cost for the work on the bathroom area was $1550.00. <br /> All in all, I am extremely pleased with the work that has been done for me (including a previous addition on the house). Mr. Henry will offer his opinion if he feels we might have better options for our projects, but will, in the end, always give us what we want. Usually, his ideas are more appropriate than our original thoughts. His workmanship and work ethic are exemplary and I would recommend his company to anyone. <br />"
