"I had some pieces of vinyl soffit pulled out, most likely by squirrels. Several other companies declined this small job due to the hight and steepness of that part of the roof. Aldo of Next Step Contracting was able to schedule us the following week to avoid rainy weather earlier. They were running a couple hours behind due to another job, but communicated this & kept us updated. They showed up prepared with replacement soffit material and were equipped with proper fall restraint harnesses, which was good to see. Any company that short-cuts the safely of it's workers, probably short-cuts in other areas. Aldo & his assistant had this section of soffit repaired, and properly secured in about an hour. Would not hesitate to hire them again!"

"We had our roof replaced recently. We chose Braxco roofing over the others for a few reason and we a so glad we did. First, they were prompt in responding to our call. They’ll professionalism from the beginning was unmatched. Our rep took his time explaining how the process would work and answered all our questions. The crew was amazing and so nice. They did an amazing job and the cleanup, which I was worried about, was perfect. They met with us the next day to do a walkthrough and insure our satisfaction. I had heard horror stories from my friends about their experiences with other roofers. But Braxco exceeded even my high standards. 100% recommend Braxco!! 5⭐️"

"They did a good job on the pressure washing, though they came late in the day and had to finish after dark."

"If you want a professional who works with you and performs exceptional work, then you want to hire Charles and his team. During the job interview/review, Charles described how he would treat certain areas, answering our questions patiently and completely. Charles is a hands-on businessman. He personally managed and worked side by side with his crew. He is very concerned with customer satisfaction. He voluntarily performed additional mud work when he noticed some imperfections that he felt should be addressed in addition to the work agreed upon. When we raised a question about the color of the paint looking different than the sample, he postponed applying it until later that day, when we were satisfied that it was the correct hue. When a large, bulky cabinet needed to be taken off the wall, his team willingly assisted. Charles made certain that the work was done perfectly. When there was an item here or there that needed attention, his attitude was unfailingly positive and he attended to it immediately. When one of the workers inadvertently damaged an item, his immediate response was that he would take care of the expense of its repair or replacement and he did. Bottom line, his goal was for us to be satisfied with his work, and we were. We would hire him again. We have told our friends about him and how pleased we are with his integrity and willingness to go the extra mile. We highly recommend that you select Charles for your job, you will be happy you did."
