"Simon and Eddie did excellent job on resurfacing our basement floor with concrete. I can’t wait for it to dry so we can finish the space and use it more. They are professional, kind, respectful and hard-working. We will be hiring them again and future projects. Price was fair as well. Thank you!"

"Dug out earth beneath steps and jacked up steps to proper height. Installed new concrete block supports and filled in joint between house and steps."

"This provider got back to me the next business day after I used their web site to contact them late at night.  This meant that they beat out another provider that took a few days to respond, so kudos on that.  I found them pleasant over the phone.  Scheduling was easy and for later in the same week.  When the day arrived, they were very nearly on-time, anyway, despite calling and telling me that they would be delayed by 25 minutes due to traffic.  On site they did the repair quickly and efficiently, less than 2 hours, I think, which includes some waiting time to let the outside epoxy set before injecting low-viscosity epoxy into the crack.  If you've never had a crack in concrete repaired by epoxy injection, you might think the price is high.  I did...at first.  But then I looked into the DIY price, and IMO, the price I was charged is a good one when you factor in everything:  materials, labor, overhead, and a 10 year warranty.

"It went great. We were in good hands with the Ranieri family throughout the entire project. They are extremely reliable, diligent about keeping us informed about the process, and deeply knowledgeable about concrete deck installation and pool installation and care. Our 30+ year old 20x40 inground pool had crumbling old pavers around it and the pool plumbing needed replacing before we could put a deck in. The Ranieris were a one-stop-shop for this work. They replaced the plumbing, installed a new skimmer box, and poured a gorgeous curved edged 10' patio on one side and 4' deck around the rest of the pool. They are excellent communicators, keeping us informed all throughout the process and coordinated directly with our electrician to get the new ground wire installed and permitted before they poured. No hiccups at all with this process. This work happened this spring 2022, so there were supply and delivery issues with concrete that are outside of the contractor's control. From our perspective, the wait wasn't too bad, and the Ranieris kept us informed every step of the way. Their work is both art and science. We love what they built for us. We would hire the Ranieris for any future projects, and we highly recommend them."

"We have an unfinished basement and anytime we had a heavy rain, water would come in through the bulkhead.  It never was on the stairs, was coming in from cracks in the foundation around the bulkhead.  Rick called me immediately after I submitted an estimate request on the website.  He knew we were anxious to get it resolved and he came right out to look at it.  Also had the "basement smell" down there and he explained due to cracks in the concrete floor, vapors were coming in.  Rick did an excellent job.  I waited until we had another heavy rain before I submited this review.  I'm thrilled to report there is no more water coming in and my basement actually smells nice now!

"They came when they said they would come, did what they said they would do and did it well.  Steam-cleaning the garage floor removes the black oily residue that is in the concrete from years and years of use - it tends to emerge in the summer from moisture rising through the concrete because our garage is below ground level, and can even track into the house.
John and his assistant were friendly and very professional and hard-working.  They explained what they would do and why (and provided an extra service cleaning several mats from the garage).
I also asked for an estimate on interior duct-cleaning for our heating system, and they provided that with a very clear explanation of what steps are involved.
The garage is 100% better.  I will hire them again when I need any of the services they provide.
