"Bill was the only roofer I spoke with who took the time to really explain exactly what would need to be done from the start, that it was not going to be a one day job as some of the others had said, and as each additional issue was found on my older home he spoke with me and discussed what we needed to do. They rebuilt it and while they do not do the interior cosmetic repair, he did get me a new door and had it installed.
