From start to finish, Karl was a consummate pro and my new deck looks fantastic, I couldn't be happier. Karl kept me constantly informed of where things were at and what was next. I hired him to also repair a leak coming from the second floor bathroom above the ceiling in my kitchen. Once more, Karl did an excellent job that left everything looking positively fantastic when finished. Even though this project had some unintended snags, Karl handled it no problem and continued to keep me informed throughout. If you need work done, Karl Bruns is the man for the job. I didn't know him until he came at night to help discuss what I wanted. I was an Executive for 30 years so had a fair understanding of what is truthful or just a sales pitch. He did more than any other quotes and fixed issues without charge. He did all the work Bath Fitters would not do for less less financially. Also he went out of his way to point out issues and important urgent/ issues and measurements in my home. Most contractors wouldn't take the time for the detail. He far exceeded my expectations. His eye to detail was old school, measured everything princely. No issues through the complete renovations. I was very fortunate that I selected him and he agreed to to on my project which you can see on his site before and after.
