"Chuck and his team are truly ELiTE. From the delivery of our material to the completion of our huge roof, it’s been a breeze. We contracted Chuck and his team while being. 2 hours away from the actual project. Elite removed the original roof of our 3 story house, put new roof and ALL the gutters as well. Chuck was giving us daily updates by phone and photos, and kept us at ease since we couldn’t be there. I’m so grateful at his organization, professionalism and most of all understating and accommodating us in our every need during this huge project. My house needs windows, sidewalks, and a few other project and will be more than happy to work with Elite again. I’m happy and if you choose Elite Roofing you will be too! Hands down the BEST construction company I’ve dealt with. "

"We sadly signed up for a free estimate. Jon came on 8/16 and we were told by Jon a few times all we had to do was call in within 3 days and get our deposit back. I asked twice and my husband asked once he said "all we have to do is call and we will get our $100 back" Clearly not true. I called on the 3rd day 8/19 and spoke with a lady, i thought her name was gabby, but apparently they lied giving me that name she doesnt work there. I have no idea what her name was sadly I did not record the call. Was told my papers weren't put in it was no issue, my check would be mailed on Monday the next business day. Well a week later I get a call from financing stating they need signatures. Confused I was like we canceled and you all were supposedly mailing my check. Well low and behold apparently you can't cancel over the phone. So Jon lied multiple times and "gabby" lied when I called in. They cashed out check and our free estimate cost us $100. I was told the VP would call us back on 8/26. He finally called us on 8/29. We missed the call but called right back. Have tried calling today 8/30. When I called to cancel the service it was within my time period! Of course now it's out. Lesson learned! Don't trust them! When I called on 8/19 at 3:24pm the call lasted under 2 minutes, which it was very quick. Told them I needed to cancel an epoxy job, transferred me to some girl, I told her jon said all I had to do was call. she said up and went on about the papers not being filed yet and since it was friday and late the check wouldn't be mailed till monday. Never again."
