"I called Kington this morning (Friday) to have them come unclog the sewer line from our house to the septic tank. I had called them earlier in the week (Tuesday) to pump the septic tank, but they were backed up and recommended Rose Septic Tank Service. Rose's came on Thursday and pumped the tank. However, the main line from the house was clogged with roots and Rose's didn't have the equipment to deal with that. So, after the call to Kington this morning explaining the problem, Terry came out early this afternoon (he was here within 15 minutes after they called to confirm his arrival time). He was professional and took care of the problem. He made sure all our commodes were flushing and emptying into the septic tank before moving his equipment and recovering the tank. I was very happy with their service! <br />"

"We did just have some plumbing work done, it was very good. It's an older home, and it was in kinda bad shape. They replaced the line, they had to watch for some of the other utility line and stuff they did an excellent job, I am very pleased with everything. Had them do some cleaning out drain lines too, snake out the drains a little. So, I'm very pleased with everything they did. It was an expensive job, but it was reasonable compared to other estimate I'd had, and they were right here when they were supposed to be. Anything else I can tell ya? I did get estimates and everything, and I looked around. It's an expensive thing to have done but they were reasonable."

"Outstanding service. Called on Thursday 9/15/16 and was given a Friday 9/16 before noon arrival time. Friday 9/16/16 received a phone call at 9 am indicating that the crew would be at our home within the hour. At 10 am, the crew arrived, dug up the two septic tank access covers and pumped out the tank. They then replaced the tank covers, markers and sod. Everything was completed by 10:30 am. Cost was $375 for pumping plus $40 for hand digging up the access covers (which I would normally have done myself but could not due to recovery from hip surgery)."
