"Everything from design to install was excellent. We worked with Kyley to create the perfect entertainment center after meeting her at one the trade shows in Tacoma. We had her over several times to make sure everything was perfect. She was very flexible and respectful of our time. On the day of install the team was on time and very polite. The project took roughly 8 hours to complete. My young girls got a kick out of watching them put everything together. We even pointed out a mistake on the shelving alignment and they immediately ordered new shelves to be made and came back to install them the very next week. At the end of it all they even vacuumed and swept the floors in our living room. The team at Closets By Design are courteous, professional and true craftsman. "Elizabeth came to our house on a Saturday to see the space, understand what we were looking for, and give us a color palette for our condo. She listened carefully to what we were looking for and got a solid understand of the space and lighting (or lack thereof). She worked with us to come up with a great color palette for the entire house, and then gave us accent colors to use when selecting couches, rugs, throw pillows, etc. She also weighed in on other design decisions, such as lighting and window treatments. Overall, the information she gave us was really helpful. We finally completed the painting last week, and it looks fantastic. I feel like Elizabeth really understood what we wanted, and helped us realize that goal. And we're still using the accent colors she gave us for further design decisions."
