"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

He even pointed out multiple things that weren't coming clean while doing the job that I would have never have picked up on. Most people would have taken the money and gone, I would've never noticed. "Work was done within time frame stated. Old carpet that had been there for years taken up and vinyl plank floor installed. All garbage removed. Area was clean when work was done. Had a small issue that I noticed with a threshold after installation was complete but it was fixed and I am very pleased with the way it turned out and the flooring looks great. The communication was very prompt and clear throughout the process."

"It went very well. The only problem was that there was not enough allowance for the hvac floor registers to fit back into the vents. I had to cut back carpet to get them to fit. Otherwise I was very pleased. If I had not been preoccupied with other contractors at the time, I might have caught it and had the carpet installer make the cuts before he left. I am most pleased with the carpet. Kathy Ranalli was very responsive and kept me up to date via text and phone on the progress and follow up on my project."

Jeff was very knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done to so the floors could be properly refinished. Our floors now have a beautiful color and finish. . It was a pleasure to work with Jeff. His crew, Bobby and Dallas were very polite and we are pleased with their work but a minor quibble is that they always arrived late mornings. They worked constantly once they arrived. We highly recommend and wish we had initially called Jeff May Hardwoods."
