"Overall experience was positive. The diagnosis was good and only required a $15 part that was able to install myself. My frig is working great. While my total cost for the repair was $80 which included the $35 diagnostic fee, the lowest other price quote was over $400. I am very pleased with this new type of appliance repair. I will be recommending this my family and friends."

"Good communication, honest prices and I am overall satisfied with service. Will use again in the future if needed."

"Greg contacted us right away after going in Home Advisor. We set an appointment time for the next day. They contacted us stating they were able to come earlier if we had the time. Once Greg arrived he was very thorough. He was very honest with us regarding the cost to repair our appliance and we would be better off purchasing a new one. We only paid for the service call which was extremely reasonable. I will definitely use him again if necessary and would most definitely recommend this vendor!"

"Mo with MCM was prompt, professional & perfectly priced in repairing my Kitchen Aid dishwasher. I highly recommend MCM."

"Being new to the area we were apprehensive of finding reliable and affordable appliance repair. We were shocked at the extremely quick and courteous response. Repair was done within a couple hours of it breaking. Highly recommend."

"Our refrigerator water dispenser was not working dispute changing the filter. Junior came to evaluate. He was professional, wore shoe covers and a mask. The repair cost was more than we wanted to pay considering the age of the appliance, which I told them. I then asked what the service call cost was so I could pay. I was told as a repeat customer there was NO SERVICE CALL Charge. They are a great company and this only made me like them more !"
