"The technicians called before arriving, were on time, neat and professional. They walked around the property with me as I explained what I wanted done, they listened to my questions and helped me make some decisions (like which outdoor light location to use of 2 available). They also provided suggestions about adding lighting to my kitchen and provided an estimate. The work was not done quickly (there was a trainee on the job), but I was confident that all work was overseen and completed correctly. Mike and his crew came only a few minutes later than the scheduled time, but he promptly notified me of his new arrival time anyway to check if the new time still works, which I appreciate. The price he quoted was reasonable to me. Because of the age of our house and the way it was constructed, things weren't straightforward as the work began, but Mike was patient and figured out a way to install the lights the way we wanted.
