Jason was very responsive and answered all our questions and concerns. We got on the schedule earlier than expected. The workers did a quality job despite working in 100 degrees weather, ensured the roof had straight lines and even fixed problems in the attic caused by previous roofers we hired for repairs after Harvey. They didn’t rush to finish and I appreciated the cleaning during the work and at the end, including sweeping for loose nails in our backyard to protect our dogs. I worked with few roofing contractors in the past 4 years trying to get approval from insurance and hire them to replace the roof. "In Nov 2022, I hired JC's Residential Roofing & Remodeling to replace my entire roof, damaged by hail. In addition they did some minor wood repair and painting. They also replaced my entire gutters also covered by insurance due to hail. John the owner was there at the start of the project and Curtis was always around or near to support. Both communicated well via text and email or face to face. I was impressed that they were able to perform the Roof replacement within 3 days of us talking and in-between 2 rain storms. It took 1 1/2 days to do the entire roof. All work was done professionally and Curtis was responsive to questions I had. They also replaced some cracked window paines and pressure washed my entire house including windows. I highly recommend JC’s Residential - 5 stars!"
