"These guys did a great job on our deck repair project. They replaced 4x4 support posts with sturdier 6x6 posts on our deck as had been recommended in our home inspection before we purchased. They also evened out a place where the deck boards had shifted to be lower than the rest of the deck. The team, headed by Juan, did an efficient, impressive job getting everything completed faster than I would have imagined (on some very hot days, I might add.) And the whole crew was so good natured & polite. Mark came out to go over the quote before the project started. He understood the needs for this deck repair so well that he was able to come in at nearly half what our highest bid for the protect was. He saw how to do the project in ways others hadn't realized it could be done. Because of that, he saved us A LOT of time, effort, and money with his proposal, and it worked perfectly! They were very thorough and fair and worked with us to get the best value possible with our complicated move situation. I enjoyed and trusted everyone that they had working for them - the packers were careful, thorough and delightful and the guys who loaded and unloaded our stuff did a great job of being as careful as possible while working quickly and with a smile on their face. We have moved 14 times and with each move, you are going to have some damage. We had 2 small things - one thing that was broken and one that was missing. Mario went out of his way to fix the broken item and return it to us and to find and purchase the missing item (which, of course, ended up not being missing by the time we finished unpacking - it was just packed in a weird place). Not only would I recommend them and use them again, I wish they could do other things like construction and doing repairs in my home because I would hire them in a second!!! :)"
