"When I contacted the company to learn about their carpet cleaning service Doug gave me a detailed description of their service.   He patiently answered all of my questions, including the ones that started with "what if..".   I have to say that after our conversation I thought "this is too good to be true".  They will really come back if spots reappear after the cleaning?  I decided to give them a try and called back later in the day to schedule an appointment.  My information was taken quickly and I was given a range of dates and times to choose from.  After booking a date I found that I needed to re-schedule.  A simple call to the office and my appointment was promptly changed.  On the day of the appointment the technician arrived on time.  He was professional, concerned about protecting our furnishings, did a thorough cleaning, applied the stain protection, then raked the carpet.  The results were unbelievable!  We were given spot cleaner, a carpet care guide and shoe covers to wear until the carpet dried.  With a couple of fans running the carpet was dry the next morning.  Unfortunately a couple of days later a couple of spots "wicked" up from the pad (we have two large dogs).  One call to the office and with no argument, questioning or harassment an appointment was made within a couple of days to have the spots re-worked.  Again the service was on time and thorough.  The spots have not reappeared.   This company is not the cheapest but definitely gives the best value for your dollar.  Our carpet hasn't looked this good since it was new.  From beginning to end every person we talked to and that came to our home was professional and courteous.  It was evident that they take pride in their work and truly care about the customer's experience.  After using four different carpet cleaning companies we have finally found one that we can recommend without reservation.  We plan to use Rocky Mtn, Pro-Tek  for all our carpet cleaning.  And yes, everything Doug told me that first day about their carpet cleaning service was "spot on"!"
