But once a couple of initial delays were overcome, the work was indeed completed in 2 days and we couldn't be happier with the results. "Had to gave them out 3 times to fix problems, they didn?t vent roof properly which led to drywall problem inside the home and we had leaking around the metal chimney flute which we had to have them come out twice to fix. This last part was just annoying after they said they prided themselves on cleanup.We were picking up roofing staples for days after they prided themselves on cleanup and when if there crew backed over our fence post and didn?t even mention it. Our neighbor told us. They now say they don?t use that contracting company any longer but who knows."

"Colton Kennedy hit all of my wants and needs, he not only was educated on the project, but he actually cared. We had severe storm damage and needed a new roof. We got a great system picked out with an amazing warranty and are very satisfied. COLTON GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND. Outside of getting us a new roof he assisted me with the insurance claim. He also knew it was supposed to rain soon so he went out and bought tarps to cover the areas on my roof that were exposed while we waited for our project to be finished. Highly recommend this company and Colton."

"1. This contractor and his service and installation was a total nightmare. They busted some water pipes under the house by striking the sewer vent pipe on top of the house, driving it down and breaking the supply lines to my bathroom. This action flooded under my house. 2. When it rains hard. Water enters the improper exhaust vents installed from my heater and range hood. Water enters my heating unit and leaks through under the house and onto my stove. Contractor refused to fix a week afterwards, telling me to contact BBB or Roc. He does not return my calls and did not show up for two appointments that were scheduled. Beware of hiring this contractor!"
